Brooklea Farms Homestead is a Family Owned and Operated, all animals are personally handled by the Albahari family. All poultry is specially handled, dispatched and processed by Stacy at the farm with the utmost regard for food safety and sanitization; Stacy’s mother is a former Food Service Director and her late Father was a Food Safety Trainer for Foodservice workers.
